The province of Cuneo near the city of Alba has “the original” and best white truffles in the world! This was the second year we were lucky enough to enjoy one of the world’s greatest delicacies. Many thanks to our friend and Trifulau (Truffle Hunter), Marco Varaldo…and most importantly his Truffle Dog!!!
