Teroldego is an ancient grape that comes from a northern part of Italy called Trentino. We were so fortunate to have an invitation to visit Foradori. An organic winery that had the original clone of the Teroldego varietal. They are also one of the only wineries to age their wines in clay pots…a practice dating back before ancient Rome!
